A feed app builds, maps and submits your product feed to Google Merchant Center and Meta. What happens after submission is a different job: disapprovals, price and availability mismatches, missing GTINs, rejected items. That is the job Rabbot does. On paid plans it connects to Google Merchant Center and Meta and notifies you when a product is disapproved or rejected. It also cross-checks the feed against the live storefront every day, price, availability, GTIN, brand and missing data, and flags each gap as disapproval risk. TikTok (Beta) catalog diagnostics are read daily on paid plans. The free plan runs the cross-check once, on install.

Feed apps build. Rabbot watches.

Rabbot does not build a feed, so it is not a substitute for any feed app below. It sits beside the feed app you pick, from $19 a month, and covers the step after the feed goes out.

The short list by job:

- Build and submit a Google feed: Simprosys, Nabu for Google Shopping Feed, DataFeedWatch, GoDataFeed, Feedonomics for Advertising.
- Build a Meta catalog feed: Flexify, Simprosys, DataFeedWatch, GoDataFeed, Feedonomics for Advertising.
- Know when a product is disapproved or rejected: Rabbot, on paid plans.
- Know when your feed disagrees with your storefront: Rabbot, on paid plans.

## How we compared

Every competitor fact comes from the app's own Shopify App Store listing, fetched on 2026-09-29. Review counts, ratings and prices are as the listing showed them that day, in USD. Quotes are verbatim. When a listing does not mention something we write "not described", which is not the same as "cannot do it". There are no affiliate links. Rabbot is our product. It is in the list as the watcher, not as a feed builder, so read our entries with that in mind and check the caps we state on ourselves.

Several App Store listings carry category tags such as "Error validation" and "Performance monitoring". We list a tag only when it is the listing's sole statement, and we mark it as a tag. We do not count a tag as a described feature.

## Pick by job

**Single-channel Google.** Nabu for Google Shopping Feed builds a Google Shopping feed and syncs to Google Merchant Center and YouTube. Its Explorer tier is free to install for up to 10 orders a month and lists "Merchant Center Analytics". Simprosys, DataFeedWatch and GoDataFeed also name Google. Rabbot watches the Google feed after it goes out: on paid plans it connects to Google Merchant Center and notifies you when a product is disapproved or rejected ([Google channel](/docs/feeds/google-channel/)).

**Google plus Meta.** Simprosys names Google Shopping, Microsoft and Meta. DataFeedWatch names Google Shopping, Facebook and TikTok. GoDataFeed names Google, Meta and TikTok. Rabbot's Starter plan watches one channel, Growth up to three, Pro all of them ([Meta channel](/docs/feeds/meta-channel/)).

**Meta only.** Flexify's listing is about the Meta product feed: categories, titles, images, languages, currencies and product sets. It has a free tier for up to 1,000 products.

**Multi-channel and marketplaces.** GoDataFeed lists "200+ channels" including Amazon. DataFeedWatch lists "over 2k more" and Feedonomics for Advertising lists "hundreds". Nabu lists "2000+ Marketplaces" for XML feeds. Rabbot does not submit to any channel.

**Agencies and large catalogs.** DataFeedWatch's Agency plan lists 30,000 SKUs, 150 channels and unlimited shops at $239/mo. GoDataFeed's Premium lists 40,000+ SKUs at $399/mo. Feedonomics for Advertising lists "Dedicated onboarding and support from feed experts" and a demo request in place of a price. Rabbot's Pro plan monitors up to 15,000 URLs at $79/mo.

**Knowing when a product is disapproved or out of sync.** DataFeedWatch lists "Automatically pause low or out-of-stock products to stop wasted ad spend". That acts on stock inside your feed. On paid plans Rabbot compares feed availability with what the live product page shows every day and flags a mismatch as disapproval risk, and it connects to Google Merchant Center and Meta and notifies you when a product is disapproved or rejected. None of the six feed listings describes alerts on disapprovals (checked 2026-09-29).

## Which one for which store

- One Google Shopping feed, small catalog: a Google feed app from the table, plus Rabbot's free plan to run the one-time cross-check on install.
- Store selling on Meta: Flexify for a Meta-focused feed, or a multi-channel app that names Meta. Add Rabbot's Meta channel on a paid plan to hear about rejected items.
- Google and Meta from one app: Simprosys, DataFeedWatch or GoDataFeed name both. Rabbot Growth watches up to three channels.
- Marketplaces beyond Google and Meta: GoDataFeed, DataFeedWatch, Nabu (XML feeds) or Feedonomics for Advertising list them. Rabbot does not submit to marketplaces.
- Agency or large catalog: a plan sized to your SKU count from DataFeedWatch or GoDataFeed, or a Feedonomics demo, and Rabbot Pro for daily cross-checks across all channels.
- A feed that has drifted from the storefront before: any feed app plus Rabbot on a paid plan. The cross-check compares feed price and availability with the page every day.

## FAQ

**Do I need a feed app and Rabbot?**
Yes if you sell through Google Shopping or Meta and you want both jobs covered. The feed app builds and submits the feed. On paid plans Rabbot connects to Google Merchant Center and Meta, notifies you when a product is disapproved or rejected, and cross-checks the feed against your live storefront every day. Rabbot does not build a feed, so it does not replace a feed app.

**What does a Google Shopping feed app do?**
It turns your Shopify product data into the feed format a channel expects, applies rules and mappings, and submits it. Each listing above names its channels.

**Why do products get disapproved in Merchant Center?**
Rabbot's docs describe one family of causes: the product data in your feed and the page a shopper lands on disagree. The fields are price, availability, required identifiers such as the barcode number, and missing or empty product data. Usual sources are a stale sync, a manual price edit, or an app that stopped updating stock. Rabbot flags these as disapproval risk, a warning rather than a verdict. For Google's own rules, read Google's Merchant Center help pages.

**What is misrepresentation?**
It is Google's term, and Google's own Merchant Center help pages define it, so read the definition there. Rabbot does not review your store against that policy. It flags feed and storefront gaps such as price and availability mismatches, and it notifies you when Google disapproves or rejects a product.

**How does Rabbot tell me a product was disapproved?**
On a paid plan, add the Google or Meta channel in Settings. On paid plans Rabbot connects to Google Merchant Center and Meta and notifies you when a product is disapproved or rejected. Verdicts are pulled daily and appear in your dashboard and weekly digest. TikTok (Beta) catalog diagnostics are read daily on paid plans.

**What does Rabbot cost?**
The free plan is $0: 20 URLs, no card, a day-0 audit and a one-time feed cross-check on install. Channel connections and continuous feed monitoring are on paid plans: Starter $19/mo for one channel, Growth $39/mo for up to three, Pro $79/mo for all.

**Can Rabbot fix a disapproved product?**
No. It tells you which product and which field disagree. You fix the source, and the finding clears when the next cross-check sees the feed and the page agree.
