## What it means

Shopify's shopper numbers show far fewer visits adding to the cart, and in the same window Rabbot found that a code file your product form needs stopped loading on a page with no basic add-to-cart path without it.

## What to do

Open a product page and add it to the cart. If you published a theme or edited theme files around this time, check that change, or switch back to the earlier theme from Online Store > Themes. Rabbot keeps checking both and closes this once the file loads and cart additions are back near their usual level, or after seven days.
