What's included in the free plan?

How do upgrades work?
When you outgrow 20 URLs, or want continuous product-feed monitoring and same-day alerts, upgrade to a paid plan from inside the app. Coverage, check frequency, and the number of feed channels scale with the plan.
Can I change which feed channel Rabbot watches?
Yes, Starter and Growth let you switch channels once a month, from inside the app. Pro covers every channel we support, so there is nothing to switch.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your Shopify billing screen, with no calls or emails, and no retention flow to sit through. You keep the free tier automatically.
Do you need access to my orders or customers?
No, Rabbot only reads your storefront's public pages. It never touches orders, customers, or checkout data.
Is there a contract?
No, plans are billed monthly through Shopify, and you can change or cancel any time.
