What Free includes and where it stops

The exact limits on Rabbot's Free plan: the 20 URLs you choose, the check cadence, and the one-time feed cross-check.

What Free includes

Free is $0 and stays that way: free forever, no card required. It covers one store, 20 monitored URLs that you choose, weekly checks, and a full audit on the day you install. It also runs a one-time feed cross-check on install day, plus core alerts and the weekly digest.

The 20 URLs, and who chooses them

Free does not run automatic discovery. Rabbot starts you with a smart pick of your 20 most important pages (homepage, top collections, best sellers) and you can swap any of them at any time. That first pick happens once, on install. After it, the 20 slots are yours: add a page, remove one, or replace one in the app’s URL settings, and Rabbot leaves your edits alone.

Twenty is the ceiling on Free, so Free watches a slice of your catalogue rather than all of it, and pages outside your 20 sit unwatched. There is no way to raise the cap on Free itself: Starter, Growth, and Pro each raise it in one step, to 1,000, 5,000, and 15,000 URLs, and hand the finding over to automatic discovery.

Weekly checks, not daily

Free checks your monitored URLs at least weekly, and as often as daily on pages that keep changing, on top of the full audit it runs on install day. A problem that appears the day after a check can sit for up to a week before Free catches it. Paid plans check daily instead, so the same problem is caught the same day it happens.

One feed check, not ongoing

Rabbot runs one feed cross-check as it sets your store up, and stops there. It is a one-time check, and adding a channel later does not run it again. On Free that single check is the whole of your feed checking, and it is Free’s taste of what the paid sweep does continuously. Paid plans sweep your full catalogue against the channel every day, and re-check a product as soon as your store reports a change to it.

When to move to a paid plan

Free suits a small catalogue and occasional checks. Move to a paid plan when your catalogue passes 20 pages, when a week is too long to wait for a check, or when you want your feed channel watched every day rather than once. Starter starts at $19 a month. See Plans at a glance for the full comparison.
