The Google channel
Add the Google channel in Settings for daily disapproval-risk cross-checks on the products you list on Google Shopping.
What the Google channel is for
If you sell through Google Shopping ads or free listings, Google reviews your product feed and can reject individual products or your whole catalogue. A rejection often shows up as lost sales before anyone on your team notices. The Google channel in Rabbot exists to close that gap.
Adding it
Open Settings, find the Google card, and choose Connect. Your plan decides how many channels you can run at once: Starter covers one, Growth covers up to three, and Pro covers every channel, current and future. If your plan has no room left, the card says so before you click, with a See plans link.
What it checks
Once added, Rabbot cross-checks your product feed against your live storefront pages, the same comparisons covered in “What feed monitoring is”: price, availability, required identifiers such as barcodes, and missing or empty product data. These are the details Google’s own review most often catches stores out on.
Rabbot re-checks a product as soon as your store reports a change to it, sweeps your full catalogue daily, and runs its Google check daily too. You hear about a gap the same day it opens, not weeks later when sales have already dropped.
Reading a Google finding
A finding names the product, the field that disagrees between your feed and your page, and what to fix. This is disapproval risk: Rabbot is telling you what a reviewer is likely to catch, based on the same mismatch that gets products pulled from Shopping. Treat it as an early warning worth acting on before Google acts on it.
Switching or dropping the channel
On Starter, which watches one channel at a time, you can change which channel that is once every 30 days: choose Connect on the card for the channel you want, and Rabbot moves the allowance across. Reconnecting the channel you held most recently never counts against that. Growth covers three channels and Pro covers every channel at once, so neither runs into the rule. Switching which feed channel Rabbot watches covers the rules.
When Google is no longer the channel Rabbot watches, its daily cross-check stops. The Google findings and history you already have stay in the app to read, and your storefront monitoring carries on as normal.
If you are not on Google Shopping yet
There is nothing to add. The Google card in Settings only matters once you are listing products there. Everything else Rabbot watches, your pages, your feed structure, keeps running regardless.
