The Meta channel
Add the Meta channel in Settings to get disapproval-risk checks for products you sell through Facebook and Instagram.
What the Meta channel is for
Selling through Facebook and Instagram shopping means Meta reviews your product catalogue against its own rules. A product that falls out of line with your storefront, a price gone stale, stock that says available when it is not, can get pulled from your catalogue without much warning. The Meta channel gives you a heads-up before that happens.
Adding it
Open Settings, find the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) card, and choose Connect. How many channels you can run depends on your plan: Starter covers one, Growth covers up to three, and Pro covers every channel, current and future. If your plan has no room left, the card says so before you click.
What it checks
The Meta channel runs the same cross-check as every other channel: your product feed against your live storefront, product by product. It looks at price, availability, required identifiers, and product data that is missing or blank, the kind of gaps Meta’s own catalogue review flags most often.
Rabbot re-checks a product as soon as your store reports a change to it, sweeps your full catalogue daily, and runs its Meta check daily as well. A mismatch that opens on a Monday is a finding on Monday.
Reading a Meta finding
Each finding names the product and the specific field that disagrees between your feed and your page. This is framed as disapproval risk: Rabbot telling you what Meta’s own review is likely to catch, using the same signals a reviewer would look at, while you still have time to fix it.
Switching or dropping the channel
Starter watches one channel at a time and lets you change which one once every 30 days: choose Connect on the card for the channel you want, and the allowance moves across. Reconnecting the channel you held most recently is always free. Growth watches three channels and Pro watches every channel at once, so neither runs into the rule. Switching which feed channel Rabbot watches has the detail.
When Meta is no longer the channel Rabbot watches, its daily cross-check stops. The Meta findings and history you already have stay in the app to read, and everything else Rabbot monitors on your storefront keeps running.
If you do not sell on Meta yet
Leave the card alone. It only matters once your products are listed on Facebook or Instagram shopping. The rest of your Rabbot protection is unaffected either way.
