What it means
Your store's catalog for shopping agents did not answer the way Shopify's agents expect. Agents in ChatGPT, Shop and Google cannot search your products or buy them here.
What to do
In your admin, open Sales channels, then Agentic, and check that catalog access is on. Rabbot looks again next week and closes this when the catalog answers.
