Fewer shoppers completed checkout
What it means
Far fewer visits that reached checkout completed it than on the same weekday in the four weeks before, while visits reaching checkout held and your orders were lower. Rabbot does not see inside checkout, so these figures are Shopify's own counts.
What to do
Place a test order, and check your payment providers and checkout apps in Settings. If you changed payment or shipping settings around this time, start there. Rabbot reads your shopper numbers again after each day ends and closes this on the first day completed checkouts are back near their usual level.
