What it means
Two copies of one code library load on this page from different files. That makes the page heavier, and the two copies can conflict.
What to do
Usually two apps, or an app and your theme, that each add the same library. Check whether an app you removed left its code in your theme files. Rabbot checks again on its next scheduled check and closes this once one copy is gone.
